General conditions of sale
1. Background
These General Terms and Conditions of Supply apply in full to each order except for special written exceptions sent by STC Italia. The granting of the order implies the full acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
2. I Prices
- The prices shown on all the pages of our site are VAT included.
- The Prices do not include transport unless expressly stated. For each item the full price is indicated.
3. Orders
Orders will be accepted for the minimum quantities indicated (only where specified). There is no minimum purchase order.
4. Payment
The accepted forms of payment are:
- Cash on delivery: (the goods are processed on the day or the day following the order). The cash on delivery payment involves the addition of cash on delivery charges amounting to EUR 4.00, in addition to the payment of shipping costs. When payment on delivery is requested, it is understood as cash.
- Ordinary bank transfer: (the goods will leave only after checking the payment in the bank). Once the payment is made, it is necessary to send us by fax to Fax. 0583-56268 or by e-mail to the e-mail address "info@stcitalia.net" the details of the payment. Below the data to make the payment:

- Payment with Paypal: Wider protection of your Paypal account against unauthorized access (the goods are processed on the day or the day after the order). Paypal is a secure online payment method. Not only does it safeguard your personal data, but it also provides you with extensive protection against unauthorized payments financed from your account. For each transaction performed with your Paypal account you will receive a confirmation email. If you receive confirmation of a payment you have not authorized, Paypal customer support will help you solve the problem at any time.
- Postal Order: (the goods will leave only after checking the payment at the bank). You can make an ordinary money order with the following heading: STC Italia by Claudia Cerasomma Via S.Tommaso, 13 - 55100 Lucca (LU).
5. Costs of dispatch
The shipping costs of the goods may vary depending on the amount of the order, the program will provide you with information on the cost of shipping only after entering the item on the cart. It is possible to request that the delivery of the ordered goods be made to an address other than the billing address. The destination request at another address must be made at the same time as the order.
6. Fulfilment of orders
We’ll take care of the orders as soon as we can. The timing for the fulfillment of an order varies first of all according to the type of payment chosen, and obviously according to the availability in stock of the goods ordered.
7. Returns and returns for replacement of goods
The return of the goods, in all cases, must first be expressly authorized by STC Italia. The return can be requested for incorrect order, incorrect supply or damaged goods, for repair and/or replacement under warranty, or for out-of-warranty repair. For incorrect order the costs of return of the goods will be fully charged to the customer. For incorrect delivery or damaged goods STC Italia will be responsible for all expenses, both for collection and delivery of goods. For repair and/or replacement goods the shipping costs will be fully charged to the customer. It is important that the packaging is carried out with the utmost care, taking all necessary precautions to avoid damage during transport. The goods will be checked first, after which they will proceed with any replacement.
8. Cancellation of an order
Given the speed by which we process orders the customer is requested to inform us of the cancellation within 6 hours from the sending of the order, to the following address: info@stcitalia.net. The amounts will be refunded net of the collection commissions withheld by the PayPall service (3,75% of the amount plus the currency conversion fees and 1,50 Euro as fixed commission).
9. Guarantee
The guarantee on the goods distributed is 24 months from the date of invoice, against recognized manufacturing defects. The guarantee shall not cover products which have been tampered with, repaired by third parties or used in accordance with the conditions of use laid down.
10. Liability
The buyer with the order assumes the responsibility for compliance with the legal and safety regulations relating to the use of the products purchased. It is therefore excluded any liability of STC Italia for any and all direct or indirect damage caused to persons or property by the improper use of the products supplied. STC Italia in no case can be held liable, even indirectly, for the failure or insufficient functioning of the products and/or the consequent damages.
