Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, 'GDPR') your data will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and in the manner and for the purposes specified below:
1 - SUBJECT MATTER AND NATURE OF THE DATA
The Data Controller, within the scope of its activity, processes your personal data (in particular, Name, Surname, Tax Code, P. VAT, email, telephone number, or even i.e. data.) collected on the occasion of the voluntary insertion of the aforementioned personal data in the form "data collection" and "orders" of this website.
2 - PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:

- Execution of the contract; fulfillment of legal obligation (art.6 lett. b, lett. c).
- Fulfillment of pre-contractual, contractual and administrative-accounting obligations;
- Fulfill the obligations required by law, by a regulation, by Community legislation or by an order of the Authority.
Based on your consent (art.6 lett. a). your personal data are processed, for the purposes of sending by SMS and/or e-mail information and promotional communications, as well as newsletters by the Owner in relation to their own initiatives and/or controlled and/or related companies (marketing purposes);
3 - RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF DATA
The personal data provided may be communicated to third parties in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. More precisely, the data may be communicated to recipients belonging to the following categories:
- Professionals and advisors in legal, tax and work field;
- Banks;
- Competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations and/or provisions dictated by public bodies (Revenue Agency, etc.);
- External entities that manage, support, assist, even occasionally, the Data Controller in the administration of the information system and telecommunications networks (including e-mail)
The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate in total autonomy as separate Data Controllers. The list of any responsible persons is constantly updated and available at the headquarters of the Data Controller.
4 - METHODS OF PROCESSING
The processing will be carried out both with manual and/or IT and telematic tools as well as with organizational and processing logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and in any case in order to ensure security, the integrity, availability and confidentiality of personal data.
In compliance with the provisions of art. 5 paragraph 1 lett. e) of Reg. EU 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed.
5 - PROVISION OF DATA
Please note that, taking into account the purposes of the processing specified in point 2.1, the provision of data is mandatory and their failure, partial or inaccurate provision may have, as a consequence, the impossibility to perform the professional service.
6 - TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION
The personal data provided are not transferred outside the European Union.
7 - DURATION OF TREATMENT
Personal data are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, in the case of revocation and/ or other type of termination of the aforementioned relationship, within the terms established by law for the fulfilment, for example, of tax obligations.
For marketing purposes, the data will be stored until the consent is revoked or for the period set by the legislation or measures issued by the Supervisory Authorities.
8 - RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED
You can, at any time, exercise the rights as expressed by art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, and in particular:
- Access to personal data;
- To obtain the rectification or cancellation of the same or the restriction of the processing that concerns him;
- To oppose the treatment;
- The portability of data;
- To withdraw consent; the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
- To lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Authority).
